Hello World! đź‘‹

My name is Peerawat, but I also go by TK. I was born and raised in Thailand and am currently based in Japan. I am a postdoctoral researcher in the Brain Image Analysis Unit at the RIKEN Center for Brain Science (CBS).

My work focuses on applying deep learning to brain image analysis, with a particular emphasis on processing axonal tracer signals in microscopic brain images. I am also interested in how models—such as Large Language Models (LLMs) and Visual–Language Models (VLMs)—can support neuroscientists by improving analysis efficiency and enhancing their research workflows.

Beyond neuroscience, I am fascinated by how AI can be applied across many different fields to solve problems and create new, interesting possibilities and applications.
